Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipments will not occur on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be fulfilled on next business day. If OTC305.com is experiencing a high volume of order, communication to the client regarding order status will be conducted via email. Please check the spam folder in case the client’s email filter places our communication there.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
OTC305 LLC uses UPS as a primary carrier and UPS does NOT deliver to PO boxes. In special cases where delivery to PO is required, please reach out at customerservice@otc305.com so that we may accommodate that shipment.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Shipment confirmation and tracking number will be emailed as soon as order has finished the picking process which will usually be 1-2 business day from receiving the order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
OTC305 LLC is NOT responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
OTC305 LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
